Basic Slot Machine (Commodore 64)

Basic Slot Machine is a simple simulation game of a classic slot machine written in Basic V2.0 (with a very small assembly routine for some animations) for the glorious Commodore 64.
Spin the reels and watch as the symbols align to create winning combinations. With simple controls and retro graphics, this slot machine game provides endless entertainment for vintage gaming enthusiasts. Try your luck and see if you can hit the jackpot!
The game is participated in Retro Programmers Inside (RPI) and Phase101 Slot Machine Simulation Jam.
The game runs on the real Commodore 64 and major emulators.
Game controls
Use your computer function key to play the game.
- F1 - Increase bet;
- F3 - Increase bet x 10;
- F5 - Decrease bet;
- F7 - Spin the reels!
System requirements
To play you need a real Commodore 64 computer or an emulator. The game was tested on the real Commodore 64 and on the VICE emulator.
